Strengthening efforts toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) is an urgent priority.
To this end, IGES tackles the different challenges associated with sustainability by promoting and implementing integrated and synergistic approaches, such as the Regional Circulating and Ecological Sphere (Regional-CES) model, through local level coordination, business engagement and citizen participation. Recommendations are made in line with the needs of the Asia-Pacific region as well as on a global level, and also contribute to the discussions on the post-2030 Agenda.
